About Me

MeI have recently been going through a lot of changes and so has my art. It’s taken a long time but I believe I have finally found my voice or definitely my medium. As I was going through these changes I decided to just make some drawings. I’ve tried many mediums over the years but most of all I love drawing. Oh and printmaking is pretty awesome. So I figured out a way to combine the two using Photoshop of course and sublimation printing. My subject matter is and will be diverse. I dig drawing birds, sea life and skulls but who knows where my pencils will take me. My drawings tend to be on the darker side, literally and figuratively. Which has made it fun colorizing them in Photoshop. Sublimation is such a cool process. I’m selling my prints on wood and wood magnets along with my original drawings.

Four FifthsI was born and raised on the Space Coast of Florida and spent 17 years living in Decatur, Georgia. A few years ago I moved back to Florida and I’m currently living Sanford. I have two Bachelors of Fine Arts degrees. The first I received from the College of Charleston in Studio Art and the second from the Atlanta Art Institute in Media Arts and Animation. I have worked in several different mediums over the years; watercolors, pen and ink, colored pencils, wooden sculptures, along with digital painting, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc... A few years back I worked as a flash animator and illustrator for a line of children's books called Story Cove. They are in schools all over the southeast and more.  I recently found out they are even in the library of the elementary school that I went to as a kid which is pretty cool. I’m currently working as a graphic designer/artist at Jaco of America. We are a wholesaler of fine souvenirs and gifts. Our products are sold at gift shops, museums, zoos and national parks all across the USA and throughout the Caribbean.

I frequently accept commissions and custom orders, so please contact me if you’d like me to create something for you.

Wood prints come in multiple sizes and colors. All wood prints(including magnets) are printed on birch finishing plywood. Wood prints have metal sawtooth hangers installed on the back for easy hanging.

My originals are hand drawn graphite on smooth Bristol paper and come framed in a frame that I buy from Michael’s with a 40% off coupon.
